Our STORY

SKY will be hosting the annual Career Empowerment Week (CEW) as parts of its efforts to increase the employability among students, create platforms for students to network and realise their future career options.

CEW has been part of SKY's efforts to fulfill its objectives since its establishment in 2015.

Initially organised under the names of Career Talk Series, followed by Career Empowerment Day (CED), CEW has since seen an increased number of collaborations with various corporations, hence the need to dedicate a whole week where companies and students come together in this online event via various interactive sessions.

Despite the unfortunate COVID-19 pandemic, our team strives to adapt and assimilate to the new normal by converting most of our events to virtual events, aligned to our vision of making initiatives more accessible to all students in the UK.

Our MISSION

Be the bridge between companies and fresh graduates, create a platform to showcase their talents.

With the increasing participation from students, CEW21 focuses on providing an inclusive and exclusive insight to
students in regards to career options of various industries.

We hope not only will the students gain the relevant skills and knowledge that would put them in a competitive edge during their applications, but the event would also serve as an eye opener for them to make informed choices about their future career path. With the successful delivery of previous flagship events, we are confident that this legacy of good tract record will continue or even improve from the foundation laid by our predecessors.
